Join our team with a charity place
Our charity runners commit to raising a minimum of £3000, helping us to keep providing life-changing hospice care to people in our community.
Applications close at 5pm on Friday 30 June 2026, and successful applicants will be contacted in mid-July, once ballot results have been announced.
Fundraising milestones
To help you stay on track, we ask runners to aim for the following milestones:
- By 1 January 2027: £500 raised (approx. 20% of your fundraising target)
- By 1 March 2027: £1,500 raised
- The full minimum sponsorship amount (£3,000) should be raised no later than one month after the marathon.
Tip: Planning your fundraising in stages makes it easier to reach your target and keeps your supporters engaged throughout your marathon journey!

If you’ve secured your own place through the official London Marathon ballot, we’d love to welcome you to our team! Every mile you run will help support local hospice care.
