- Made payable to: Southern Hospice Group and address to Fundraising Services, Martlets, Wayfield Avenue, Hove, BN3 7LW.
- Or pop in to see our supporter care team at the hospice, Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm.
- Please include your name, the name of the event you took part in and which hospice you are supporting i.e. Martlets, St Barnabas House or Chestnut Tree House.
- Send your sponsorship forms alongside so we can claim Gift Aid
- We strongly advise not to send cash in the post
